They requested a down payment for 10,000 pesos and told us that if we didn’ buy the car they will return the money in 2 weeks, it’s been more than 2 months and no money yet, nobody wants to resolve this situation and return our money, the customer service is horrible. I don’t recommend this place if you are looking to buy a vehicle in a smooth process and forget to give them money upfront .

Won't be Rushing Back At least I hope I won't be rushing back here. Now to be fair, I did go in without an appointment so I realize they were trying to accommodate me. It was only an oil change, which shouldn't take more than 15 minutes. They service tech told me 1 hour. That sounded reasonable considering I was a walk in. What in the world made me think an hour meant an ACTUAL HOUR? Three hours and $1900 pesos later, I left with my car and 6 new litres of oil and filter. BUT THREE HOURS??? If I hadn't been waiting in the showroom, I wouldn't have cared. If they had managed some expectations and said it would be 3 hours, I wouldn't have minded. I would have went and done other things. JUST BE UPFRONT AND TELL ME HOW LONG IT WILL BE! Better to exceed customer expectations than overreach and fall short. I'll have to get one more oil change before heading back home for the summer, but I'll be looking for an express service somewhere else.

I purchased a new Tiguan here! I previously owned a Honda in PV and found their customer service as outstanding! Unfortunately my experience at this VW dealership has been atrocious! I made an appointment to have a breaking problem looked at. Oh I should tell you that the car has 320 km on it. (Under 500 miles) My first disappointment was that I arrived at 9:00 am as scheduled. I found that no one in the service department speaks any English. They had reception call my salesperson and I had to wait for him to arrive. I explained the breaking problem with them several times and they kept insinuating that I didn’t know how to stop on an incline! They finally agreed to check it out. They told me that they were very busy but to pick it up at 6:00 pm. The sales person text me at around 4:30 to let me know that they found the problem and needed a little more time to fix it and that it definitely required being fixed! I was told that by 12:00 noon the next day that the car would be ready. Before heading to the dealership I text my sales person to confirm it being ready. I waited 45 minutes and no reply so I hired the taxi and went to the dealership! Once again they had to find the salesperson to see if my car was ready. They were not quite finished. I could see my car on the lift behind the service managers desk through the window. After about 20 minutes with no activity around my car I pointed it out to my sales person. He returned to tell me that there was just a plastic panel to be put in place. After 20 more minutes of no activity I complained again. One of the service associates went out and about 15 minutes later the lift was lowered. I waited 20 more minutes and once again no movement. I pointed this out to my salesperson and he came and told me that it just need to be quickly washed! 20 minutes later it was still sitting there so I went to the service manager, pointed to my car and told him that I needed it. I had now waited over two hours and I was going to be late for a meeting. The waiting chairs are right across the isle from the 5 service associates desks. I was the only customer waiting for my car. They could see that I was anxious by asking my salesperson for help 4 times! I have always been very pleased by how helpful and English friendly the businesses and people in PV have been. This is the first time I have felt discriminated against. The feeling as they would look at me sitting in front of them waiting and say something to each other was annoying! They have no way to drop off or retrieve ones car unless the English speaking salesperson is there! They should not sell cars to English speaking buyers if they have no intention of supporting and treating that customer in a respectful and decent fashion! This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with! This is the first time I have had difficulty with a business in PV. I GREATLY REGRET BUYING THIS CAR from this dealership!!!!!!

Overall very happy with my new car. Just one small dissatisfaction is that I am still waiting for a accessory 3 months later.

Prices for parts have gotten way too expensive. Better off going to Vallin in Versalles or RolCar for quality parts and Costco for Mobil1 synthetic oil. Staff are friendly and helpful.
